Pit and peel the avocados and place in a large mixing bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Use a fork to get the pulp from the lime and add to bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, leaving the salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper for last. Add the salt and pepper, then crushed pepper to taste. Mix all together with a fork, leaving mixture a little on the chunky side, breaking the avocados as you mix.
