This recipe has a little bit of a kick to it and very tasty straight from my kitchen in Las Vegas. Enjoy!

A rich, dark bread with that heavenly scent of ginger. Luscious with cream cheese and/or lemon curd. Great toasted too.

Very smooth and very potent drink for your jug. Always a favorite! Be careful, very mild taste, very strong drink. A little goes a long way towards a hangover.

This is just a family recipe that I have changed slightly, the flavours are stronger. It is a simple dish with just simple ingredients but you will need a large pot to fit all the ingredients (can be a 1 pot dish if you wish). This dish is an overnight dish. Leaving it overnight in the fridge allows the excess oil/fat from oxtail to float to the top, therefore easily removing them.

This is one of the best ways to eat cranberries! It's sweet, crunchy, and a bit tart. Even the kids like this one. We've had to start making a double batch! When short on time we have combined the fruit and marshmallows the night before serving, and added the gelatin, whipped cream, and walnuts in the morning.

Found this recipe dated August 21,1974 from a recipe collection my late grandmother had kept. This was a recipe given to her by her sister in-law. It is by far the best chili sauce recipe i've tasted.

Taking the classic banana nut bread and stepping it up a couple of notches. Wrap in aluminum foil to keep moisture intact. For best results, upon slicing, spread small amount of cream cheese over the warmed piece of bread!

This is a summertime favorite. Traditionally a southern dish, this is a good recipe for picnics or pot luck lunches. This particular recipe is easy to make and takes little time to prepare.

A grilled/smoked turkey is juicer and has a far better flavor than an oven roasted turkey. The turkey will be more tender and juicy than you thought possible. The recommended size for BBQ is 12-14 pounds. The turkey must fit under the lid with about 1-inch space between top of turkey and lid.

I usually cook off the cuff, and don't measure or write down what I put in various dishes. The first time I tried this, my wife and kids told me I needed to make it again. So the second time, I doled out the amount of the ingredients onto a plate, and then measured. It's still not the SAME as the first time, but they all loved it.

I use an electric roaster for this bone-in ham recipe that my mother has been using since her childhood. Small changes may have to be made for making the ham in a traditional oven.

This is my favorite marinade after a good hunting season. The two days in the fridge really makes all the difference when dealing with fussy people who dont like the 'wild' taste of a good hunt.

Chicken liver and whole wheat flour form the base for this dog tested, and dog approved biscuit recipe. After my dogs got salmonella poisoning from store bought dog treats I decided to take matters into my own hands.
