A rich, dark bread with that heavenly scent of ginger. Luscious with cream cheese and/or lemon curd. Great toasted too.

This makes a tasty and easy-to-work-with pizza dough in your bread machine. Knead and roll with liberal flour. You can top it with you favorite toppings, bake it (ideally on a pizza stone) and serve; or, bake by itself, then top and freeze for later.

Based on the Kirkland(R) Blueberry and Pecan Cereal this hearty bread has the subtle flavor of a great Blueberry muffin. Soooo good warm from the machine, cooled later and toasted. This will be your breakfast bread for special days!

Great spread with cream cheese and/or Nutella or just plain butter. Toasts up great. My kids loved it with peanut butter.

A very easy, delicious whole wheat bread perfect for bread machines. I've modified a recipe for a moister, slightly sweeter bread.

Lightly crushed, nicely seasoned cheesy herb bread. Great as snack, side dish, and with soup, salad or pasta dish. But make up your mind fast because it won't last very long at all!!

A super tasty bread that benefits from the malted barley flour in the Grape Nuts(R). There is an additional subtle boost from the pine nuts.

This is a great little recipe for singles or couples who only want 4 buns using a bread machine. They are the lightest hamburger buns I have ever eaten. They have a great crumb and a wonderful texture.

Delicious rich dark brown bread served at steakhouses with warm whipped butter. Serve warm with a sharp bread knife and butter on the side. If you want whipped butter, like you get at the restaurant, just use an electric mixer on high speed to whip some butter until it's fluffy. Half a loaf (cut horizontally) makes an excellent "plank" for a skewer of sautƩed shrimp..

More of a bread stick than a cookie, but that's what Gramma used to call them.

This is a cake-like bread I recently developed that has become a family favorite. It is wonderful with a cup of java and is also a great snack or even served as a desert a la mode.

A tasty loaf made specifically for making French toast with that has plenty of body and oodles of flavor. My kids use this with Nutella for sandwiches, so I now make several loaves, slice them and store them in the freezer to have handy.

A zesty loaf with a cornmeal crunch, made in a bread machine with the cheese packets from boxed macaroni and cheese dinners! Perfect for everything from bread and butter to toast with JalapeƱo Jelly. My kids love using this to make grilled cheese sandwiches using Pepper Jack Cheese!
