Take your equinox and shove it, weather guy. Summer truly begins when the first burger hits the grill.
A twist on the famous New Mexico green chile cheeseburger, this stuffed burger is a favorite at our ranch's summer get-togethers. The cream cheese mitigates the heat from the jalapeños, but leaves the wonderful flavors of them and the green chilies intact. The chipotle mayonnaise, filling or even the uncooked burgers themselves can be made a day ahead and kept sealed in the 'fridge overnight. Just get them out of the 'fridge about half an hour before grilling.
This recipe puts a Cuban spin on the classic Juicy Lucy with Swiss cheese-stuffed burgers topping grilled ham slices.
Pimento burgers are a South Carolina specialty. I added some beer for better flavor and to man it up a bit.
The first time I made these was on the day Michael Vick scored 6 TD's. Thus, we honored him with the name of the burger. Perhaps the most delicious burger I have ever had. The brown sugared bacon, egg, and texas toast complete a masterpiece. Enjoy again and again!
This thick, juicy, succulent burger is grilled to perfection, then topped with smokey bacon and sharp Cheddar cheese. You'll love the taste and texture of the home-ground meat!
This is all southern: Bacon; a good barbecue rub; mac cheese, which is a "vegetable" down south; and a Brussels sprout slaw (made with bacon grease, of course). Serve this only to the hungry.
This burger encompasses all of what a burger should be. It is chock full of roasted jalapenos, onion, garlic and smothered with Manchego cheese. We usually serve it on a toasted bun with mayo. It's a great, easy to make burger with TONS of flavor.
The best ingredients make the best burger. These ground sirloin burgers are topped with applewood smoked bacon, peanut butter and sharp Cheddar cheese, making them the best burgers around!
Delicious! Best prepared on the grill of course, but I freeze them and cook them on my Foreman during the winter.
This is a mouth-watering hearty burger with a burst of bright citrusy flavor. The citrus flavors aren't overwhelming so don't shy away from trying it! This is my version of Floribbean food!
It's a perfect picnic burger! The majority of people have egg salad sandwiches or hamburgers at picnics! Now you can have both. This is a delicious hamburger topped with egg salad.
Mini-burgers seasoned with a suite of Mexican spices, topped with beans and crushed chips for a meaty snack.
A basic yet delicious turkey burger, that is low in fat, takes just minutes, and will have family and friends raving on how tasty they are. Serve it with this delicious Chile-Mayo, some guacamole, and some Pepper Jack cheese to complete this awesome sandwich. Serve on a toasted potato roll or toasted English muffin.
2/3 pound burgers stuffed with bacon and cheese, topped with more bacon and cheese.
Italian-seasoned beef prepared with balsamic vinegar, mozzarella cheese, marinara, and a slice of pepperoni to top it off. If you desire, heat up the pepperoni, marinara, and maybe melt the cheese a little in a toaster oven or microwave prior to preparing the burger.
Ground Sirloin burgers dry rubbed with a blend of seasonings, topped with Mexi Ranch Dressing, sauteed peppers and onions, colby jack cheese and served in a toasted tortilla.
Quick and easy. The whole family will love.
This is a burger that my son and I created. It's a burger with black beans and sausage and Creole seasoning. It also has Cheddar cheese in it and is topped off with barbeque sauce and onion.
This was given to me by a friend who's mom who worked for the Manitoba Pork Marketing Board here in Canada. This is a brilliant and refreshing take on the summer BBQ scene. For a refreshing taste sensation, serve on large kaiser bun and layer oranges, sliced kiwi and sliced strawberries over the meat with iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise. Everyone loves this! Trust me.
A Cajun ground beef burger with Buffalo wing and bleu cheese flavors added.
