The indispensable tool. Now...where did you put it?
A good basic marinara sauce. You can add anything (meat, mushrooms, olives, etc.).
This is just about the easiest dessert to make in the world, but everyone will rave about it! Life is peachy while scarfing this mouth-watering sensation.
I serve this with Cindy's Enchiladas.
Stretch your chili if buddies show up unexpectedly.
Tender egg noodles, cubes of ham, and Swiss cheese give this creamy casserole plenty of flavor.
Salty, chewy beef jerky stars in this beer-soaked pot of spicy beans.
Dragon's take on the hot dog, with a few tweaks! This hot dog is stuffed with sweet tasting pineapple, wrapped in bacon & topped with baked beans!
The breakfast you love just put in a pie. The thing is, it's all layered--so even the eggs are fried and placed on top, instead of being whisked then added. You can add what you like but this is my favorite, enjoy.
This is a good meal if in a bit of a hurry. I enjoy making this ahead of time and freeze it. Easy to pull out and reheat.
These ranch beans have been confused with mild chili at times but they're just good eatin' beans. And you don't want to stand near the campfire after downin' a plate or 2 of these babies.
Best Chicken and Dumplings Your Gullet Will Ever Experience!
Twist on an old favorite!
A hearty meal replete with Fall flavors.
The most delicioso homemade pizza. The Caribbean part of this pizza comes from the rich tomato sauce "Rico" from here on the island and the pizza is made in our kitchen in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. I'll let the a'La Gringo part up to you!
If you have a vegetable garden this is a must. Nothing BEETS (Yes, pun intended) the tasted of home grown veggies!! You will not be disappointed with the flavor as it bursts in your mouth! Enjoy this soup on a rainy day or a winter evening!!
This started out as white chicken chili but turned into green chicken chili. It's not too spicy, the spice isn't in your face, but there is some heat on the back end that lingers.
A friend's father passed away and I was asked to attend the funeral remembrance with a dish. I thought this up on the spur of the moment and it was such a hit that I had to give out over 2 dozen recipe copies. It was gone in a jiff also. I truly didn't expect that response to it, but it is very good.
This is something cheap and easy to make for dinner. I got it from my college roommate and made it several times a month as it's just so damn tasty!
A great dish for game day or surprise company. I really love this dish because it is so simple to make, yet it tastes fabulous. It freezes well, so when you have time on your hands, you can make a couple up and freeze them. Then when you are harried or just plain tired, just pop it in the oven and have a wonderful meal. It is also well within anyone's budget. Some like it better the second time around. Any kind of salad goes well with it.
Pump up the flavor of this easy layered pot pie by stirring onions and shredded cheese into the cornbread crust. Don't worry, the cornbread will cook all the way through and it will not be soggy at all, trust me.
