The casserole is the fullback draw of foods. Not pretty, but when you need two yards--or a hot, filling meal for the whole family--it usually does the job.

This is a recipe that I came up with by combining several general versions. It is a little bit costly but it is well worth it for this irresistible dish. Mushrooms and two types of cheese in a rich creamy sauce makes this melt in your mouth. Everyone loves this version and I haven't seen one like this anywhere.

This is another recipe I came up with by combining several recipes. I don't normally love squash but I can't get enough of this one. It has celery, onion and green pepper but it also has pimiento, almonds and cheese. There is nothing like it.
