Drommar is Swedish for Dream. These are Swedish Dream cookies, and they look an awful lot like little round, very comfortable, pillows.

The first time I had these cookies was for my aunt's wedding and I could not stop eating them. They have the perfect balance of peanut butter, chocolate, nuts, oats, and coconut. I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I do!

These tasty snack bars are ones I have made for years, and with as many substitutions available as imagination allows you can change the recipe to fit your on hand pantry items. (As this is not a rocket science recipe due to substitutions, we are looking for very stiff dough to work with).

This is our family's favorite Christmas cookie recipe from my wife's grandmother's collection of recipes. These are super easy to make with or without nuts... Plan on making 2 or more batches the first time, they won't last long!

This is my mom's (and now mine!) sugar cookie recipe. I'm not sure where she got it, but it's a great variation of your basic sugar cookie. Makes a light, crispy treat!

When you read the recipe and taste it, you'll know why I say it's for cheaters. Just combine a store-bought fruit cake with milk chocolate, form into balls, and chill.
