This chocolate syrup recipe is made with raw organic agave nectar and unprocessed cocoa, which is great for diabetics and health conscious consumers wanting to avoid sugar, corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners. This syrup is great on ice cream, in coffee, and any recipe that calls for chocolate syrup!

This is a variation of the classic Nanaimo Bars, but it tastes like a B-52 shooter. These are a great alternative to Nanaimo Bars or Rum Balls.

A twist on a buttery toffee recipe that I found online. I made it as a gift for friends at Christmas! We like to dip ours in semi-sweet chocolate after it has cooled but the toffee is great on its own.

A delicious easy-to-make cheesecake that's been in my family for 25 plus years. I got the recipe from my mother and have been making it myself for the last 10 years.

This is the basic Chinese recipe for deep fried bananas (which are covered in dough). The recipe is easy and not strict but results in a delicious dessert. I recommend that you try a variety of fruits besides bananas because they also turn out nice. If you like you can serve it without the caramel. Also the dough can be made with rice flour if you don't have potato flour.

My father-in-law grows huge blackberries and always has tons. I tried a number of recipes and none really hit the spot. So I created this one and it worked so well that my fiance said it was the best she had ever had. Serve warm with heavy or whipped cream.

Here in Maine, we have an awful lot of blueberries in late summer. You try not to get too tired of them in pies, so here is one of the families favorites. Though a simple straightforward recipe it does take an overnight too cool properly, before it goes in your ice cream maker. You may have more mixture then your ice cream maker can handle, so don't flood it. Enjoy!

My mother made this pie all of my life. It's one of those desserts that just make you feel good. And, for me, it brings back so many wonderful memories!

Family favorite. I make this on Thanksgiving for the family and they all rave about it. I am told it is one of the best and lightest pumpkin pies ever. Funny thing is, I don't eat it. Add whipped cream and enjoy!

This is an old family recipe for bread pudding made in a double boiler (a pan on top of another pan with boiling water). This recipe goes back at least 3 generations. Serve hot or cold; it's great both ways.
