A new take on a old favorite. I came up with these for a camping trip and when I was grilling them about a hundred people came by to ask what smelled so good.

Run out of food during the football game? This dip is so easy, you could practically make it between plays.

This is all southern: Bacon; a good barbecue rub; mac cheese, which is a "vegetable" down south; and a Brussels sprout slaw (made with bacon grease, of course). Serve this only to the hungry.

A great way to spice up Caesar dressing, with the bacon flavor of Baconnaise. Recipe ok for fish-eating vegetarians.

No skimping on the cheese or the bacon here. You'll be using your finger to get at this if the chips run out.

Cowboys in Florida? You bet, and they pine for their seafood. Grady created this recipe when he visited country music stars The Bellamy Brothers at their family ranch north of Tampa.

Carne Asada tacos. Very easy entertaining recipe. If you can wield a food processor and a set of tongs, you are set. I always kick off the summer camping season by doing these over the campfire. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can do most everything beforehand, leaving you time to quaff a few with your buddies. Perfect for tailgating or camping where people stand while they eat.

As if the pecans don't give it away, this is a healthy-gourmet's best friend from the State of Georgia; add the Georgia Peach-Mayonnaise with fresh tarragon and it is the best ever veggie burger you tasted. Secret: the addition of the pecans on the crust and in the burger gives it a meat-like flavor and I had friends ask me, "What meat did you use?" Try it , even if you are a red meat lover...

I originally made this recipe up to dip some bacon-wrapped shrimp in, but we soon found out that it was good on all kinds of chips and crackers also!
