This cake will kick ya on yer butt... 100% of the alcohol is intact, so you will feel the effect. It's VERY time consuming to make, I do a step a day, keeping it in the freezer. The recipe makes 2 cakes. The longer in the freezer the better, but take out the day or 2 before drinking (I mean eating).

This thick, juicy, succulent burger is grilled to perfection, then topped with smokey bacon and sharp Cheddar cheese. You'll love the taste and texture of the home-ground meat!

It's simply a strip of steak that is battered and deep fried. Deep fried steak... Just sit there and let that marinate in your brain for a minute. Yeah, they're way good!

The ginger-snap pecan crust is what make this frozen pumpkin ice cream pie different from the others. Delicious!

This is a fantastic frozen treat that is easy to prepare, is a great after dinner desert or summertime snack, yet elegant enough to serve at a dinner party. Snickers(R) bars, Heath(R) bars or chocolate mints are an excellent substitute for the toasted coconut.

I revised the granny's ice cream, using vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream, making it more creamy and less sour. It is still very versatile and easy.

I swear, no rabbit meat! It's a flavored cake in the shape of a rabbit's face with cream cheese and coconut frosting.

You can serve this on pasta, on sandwiches, rolled in a tortilla, on salads, or just eat if by itself. Smother with dressing as desired. Make sure not to overcook the tofu - just brown it on both sides.

When meatballs are gone you can do shots of the sauce... Gotta admit, I usally cheat on the meatballs and buy em pre-cooked, or ya can make yer own. I make several batches of this and keep em in the freezer letting them ferment, although cuz of the alcohol content they don't freeze solid, LOL. All ingredients are to taste, no exact measuring is required... How much you make is optional. Be creative and have fun, do a shot.
