This is a great way to marinate chicken for grilling either in the oven or out of doors. I reccomend you use a a high quality beer, as this is a key flavour component in the recipe. If you don't want to cook with alcohol, substitute an alcohol free beer, or a good quality apple juice or cider.

This marinade is great for grilled salmon. It works well with any cut of salmon, however I typically use salmon fillets. I like king salmon best but it works well on any type of fresh salmon. This marinade is enough for 3 pounds of salmon.

Something I whipped up one night for the in-laws. It was inspired by, and based loosely, on several other recipes I have seen. Fairly basic but terrifically tasty!

A wonderful blend of flavors and textures make this a hit anytime. Can be served as an appetizer or side, or as my son prefers, as a main dish.

This dish is super easy, great for both guys and gals and kids :) fast and filling - Hot dogs that are filled with cheese and wrapped with bacon, onions and good old kiwi tomato sauce.

Onions and mushrooms are sliced, seasoned, and wrapped inside a durable packet of tin foil, crimped to seal, and placed on the grill. Super easy with big, bold flavor. A fantastic topper for steaks, potatoes, ...This surely can be produced in an oven, but your guests will be more impressed when they learn it came off the grill!

A grilled/smoked turkey is juicer and has a far better flavor than an oven roasted turkey. The turkey will be more tender and juicy than you thought possible. The recommended size for BBQ is 12-14 pounds. The turkey must fit under the lid with about 1-inch space between top of turkey and lid.

This is my favorite marinade after a good hunting season. The two days in the fridge really makes all the difference when dealing with fussy people who dont like the 'wild' taste of a good hunt.

These burgers are juicy and full of flavor. They are perfect on the grill, but can be made on the broiler. Spice it up with a little chili or chipotle pepper for a great kick.

All sorts of good stuff mixed together to create a chicken salad that will definitely blow your mind! Serve on a bed of mixed greens, as an appetizer with crackers or pita slices, or load up a kaiser roll and top it of with a slice of Swiss cheese...regardless, it'll blow your mind!

This is a great way to enjoy "Bar type" food without the guilt! I love Buffalo wings, but hate the guilt of eating, say, 20 of 'em! This is a lower fat version with all the taste. Enjoy!

A delicious and very nutritious spin on the old grilled portabella -- The TASTIEST grilled Portabella you'll ever have. You'll find that each of the flavors will meld harmoniously in your mouth, yet stand alone for you to simply remark: Hmmmmmmm, good stuff this!

They may look like charcoal on a stick when done, but try it before you throw it out. Only a charcoal grill can do these legs justice.

Delicious Chile Rellenos. A great Mexican treat to have on their own or with rice and tacos.
