This is not your average lasagna. With 5 different cheeses mixed with seasoned meat, it will make your mouth water.

The mixture of spices produce a dark red roasted chicken that is simply delicious. Turkey comes out well also - just triple the rub ingredients and adjust the cook time for the size turkey you are preparing.

This City Chicken recipe is a favorite with friends and family. The Parmesan and mushrooms give a unique flavour to traditional City Chicken. Can be served as a main dish or as a tasty snack with any dipping sauce.

Something I whipped up one night for the in-laws. It was inspired by, and based loosely, on several other recipes I have seen. Fairly basic but terrifically tasty!

The easiest chicken dish I have ever made. Great for winter with soup or salad. You can brush your crust for finish if you like, with milk or egg wash.

Great breakfast burritos for serving yourself, family or a large gathering. Recipe can be easily cut in half or doubled. Burritos are also easily frozen and re-heated for an instant homemade breakfast.

Tender steak and asparagus morsels simmered in a velvety gravy with sour cream, and then draped over baked potatoes. This is a perfect main dish for either curling up on the couch on a cold night (only one hand required to eat!) or company dining, served atop a lettuce leaf with steamed broccoli, crusty sourdough bread and a light salad. My daughter and I think it's a classic tummy-warmer.

Just a simple "no frills" chicken salad recipe I came up with .. can be made quickly and easily with ingredients on hand. Enjoy it on bread, in a pita pocket, or over a bed of lettuce.

I've been trying to perfect the perfect lasagna, for my tastes at least. It's been a long road, and I've played with it and tweaked it quite a bit and now, I love it,all my friends seem to wolf it up. I made the instructions non cook friendly and simple. It's good when it's done, it's better after it's been in the fridge the next day.

If you like pasta you'd love this. Spaghetti noodles, bacon bits, shrimp, Rosemary leaves. All of these makes a genius pasta which pasta haters would love!

Contrary to popular belief, corned beef and cabbage is not traditional Irish fare. But when the Irish came to America, they found that their beloved bacon was rather dear, while corned beef was a cheaper alternative. This dish is a truly beautiful, all Irish, alternative to the corned beef supper. This uses a whole piece of bacon, rather than slices. You may need to special order this from your butchers.
