This is a vinegar and mustard based "Carolina Style" sauce, as opposed to most ketchup and molasses based sauces. The combination of sweet and tangy flavors brings out the absolute best in grilled pork and chicken. This is the only sauce I use for my ribs!

This cake will kick ya on yer butt... 100% of the alcohol is intact, so you will feel the effect. It's VERY time consuming to make, I do a step a day, keeping it in the freezer. The recipe makes 2 cakes. The longer in the freezer the better, but take out the day or 2 before drinking (I mean eating).

This blazing hot wing recipe is an alternative to deep-fried wings. They are baked instead of fried and stay juicy rather than crisp. I started making these about 5 years ago and they were an instant hit. I am always asked to "bring the wings" for all the parties we are invited to now.

This is a summertime favorite. Traditionally a southern dish, this is a good recipe for picnics or pot luck lunches. This particular recipe is easy to make and takes little time to prepare.

When you've got a nice fresh cut of cod, you don't want to get too fancy with it. This basic recipe lets the flavor of the cod be the star.

After years of adjustments I have found a recipe for all to enjoy. Previous ones were either too hot or too mild, this one even was to the liking of my finace who hates chili.
