This marinade is great for grilled salmon. It works well with any cut of salmon, however I typically use salmon fillets. I like king salmon best but it works well on any type of fresh salmon. This marinade is enough for 3 pounds of salmon.

This is a great marinade and gives me an excuse to buy a fifth of Bourbon. It's great! Don't marinate over 36 hours cause it will get too tough. The more you flip the bag the better.

This easy to prepare marinade will make any steak spoon-tender. It will also make your friends & family scratch their heads when you tell them your "little secret". This is probably enough for 4 - 6 steaks. Make sure marinade covers all the steak.

I've made this steak quite often, and every time they beg for the recipe. Well, here it is. Serve with greens and taters. Please note that marinating can be done anytime - just keep in the fridge until ready for use.

This is a salmon marinade that I created and I really enjoy. Although the ingredients sound spicy, it actually comes out zesty. I cook my fillets in the marinade on a small George Foreman style grill. I create a "boat" out of tinfoil with an open top, so the top burner is touching the meat. They take about 8-10 minutes to cook using that method.

This easy steak marinade will have your friends bringing their steaks to you, asking you to marinade it for them! It adds a delicious, elaborate flavor to any cut of steak.

No island BBQ would be complete without finadeni. This all-purpose sauce is used to flavor rice, soups, dipping and is excellent for marinating chicken, beef and pork. If you like, I have seen other people substitute the thinly sliced onions with chopped onions or chopped green onions.

Basically, the chicken is marinated in beer before seasoning and grilling. The result is a VERY juicy grilled chicken. Note: the alcohol dissipates when grilled, leaving only the flavor, which neither tastes nor smells like the beer itself.

A sweet, spicy, tangy and delicious marinade that can be used for your favorite fish. I would recommend using either catfish or salmon if you would like to use fish.

This is a classic three bean salad that is good for vegetarians, and meat eaters alike. My four year old will eat it, and she is not crazy about beans. So we named it after her. Allow your three bean to chill and marinate in the refrigerator for up to six hours, you can of course eat this right away. I however find that it is much better after it has had time to soak in all the flavors of the “dressing”.
