Finadeni (Guamanian All-Purpose Sauce)
Recipe by:
Mr. Ojeda
No island BBQ would be complete without finadeni. This all-purpose sauce is used to flavor rice, soups, dipping and is excellent for marinating chicken, beef and pork. If you like, I have seen other people substitute the thinly sliced onions with chopped onions or chopped green onions.
Amazing Salmon Marinade
This marinade is great for grilled salmon. It works well with any cut of salmon. However, I typically use salmon fillets. I like king salmon best but it works well on any type of fresh salmon. This marinade is enough for 3 pounds of salmon.
Apple Juice Marinade
A tart, tangy marinade made from the Puritans' favorite fruit. Boston hosted America's first apple orchard in 1625.
Honey Garlic Marinade
Honey is the featured ingredient in this marinade, which you can use to season beef, chicken, pork, and vegetables.
Whiskey Ginger Marinade
Whiskey and ginger: A classic, tasty drink that's now adapted as a marinade for steak or chicken.
Chipotle Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade
A Tex-Mex style marinade for steaks, chicken or veggies. Inspired by Austin Nielson's "The Ultimate Chipotle Marinade for Steak, Chicken, or Pork."
Vanilla-Lime Marinade
Citrus and the bold taste of vanilla unite in this steak marinade. Inspired by Wolfgang H.'s "Zesty Grilled Flank Steak And Buff Potato Salad."
Beer Mustard Marinade
A spicy marinade that works well with wild game or other tough meat. Inspired by Ben Sullivan's "Beer Marinated Deer, Elk, or Moose Steak."
Buttery Italian Marinade
Italian dressing is a classic marinade, but this up the ante with steak sauce and extra garlic. Inspired by granger35's "Best Steak, Pork, Chicken Fish and Vegetable Marinade"
Bourbon Ginger Marinade
You really shouldn't need an excuse to buy a bottle of bourbon. But, if you do, here it is. Inspired by stridar's "Bourbon Flank Steak"
Bourbon Mustard Marinade
Bourbon and brown sugar, a match made by the cooking gods. Let them flavor your steak. Inspired by flamekissedsam's "Bourbon Steak"
