An old family recipe, you will not believe how good this is! Great for sandwiches.

This is just a family recipe that I have changed slightly, the flavours are stronger. It is a simple dish with just simple ingredients but you will need a large pot to fit all the ingredients (can be a 1 pot dish if you wish). This dish is an overnight dish. Leaving it overnight in the fridge allows the excess oil/fat from oxtail to float to the top, therefore easily removing them.

What is better than Meatloaf? Meatloaf that combines the tastes of Bacon and a cheesburger. Meat-tastic!

This dish is super easy, great for both guys and gals and kids :) fast and filling - Hot dogs that are filled with cheese and wrapped with bacon, onions and good old kiwi tomato sauce.

This is my favorite marinade after a good hunting season. The two days in the fridge really makes all the difference when dealing with fussy people who dont like the 'wild' taste of a good hunt.

This recipe does not call for beans, and I recommend you try it that way. They can always be added later if someone (like my wife) insists on ruining it with beans. While deer hunting on the Nueces River, someone shot some 'camp meat', and I had to cook it up. I diced it into 1/4 inch cubes, browned it in a cast iron pot over an open fire, and went from there. I didn't have oregano, corn meal, crackers or garlic, but served flour tortillas with it and everyone enjoyed it.

Ever have a kid who wont eat Meatloaf? Your problem is solved... Every kid loves hamburger, loves to get messy and loves potatoes topped with melted cheese. Have your kid help you prepare this and it will quickly become one of his favorite meals.

Good ol' fashioned meatloaf stuffed with cheese and topped with a honey barbeque glaze. Served with a baked potato and a crisp green salad, it's an easy meal your whole family will love!

Whenever we go to a party or BBQ everyone always asks us to bring this. It's easy and a hit! Family, Friends and Kids love this. Great on its own or forego the chicken and just use the salad if attending a BBQ or serve with steak or other meats etc or a vegetarian dish.

If you like deer meat, you have to try this recipe. Every time i make this it never lasts more than 15 minutes in my house. All ingredients can be combined and cooked in crock pot on medium heat for better flavor.

Easy to remember, easy to prepare, and easy to modify to meet your personal tastes. Some suggestions for optional ingredients for the meatloaf are minced garlic, chopped green peppers, chopped fresh mushrooms, and coarse shredded (low moisture) cheese. Cover with my Easy Sweet and Tangy Mustard Sauce, or your favorite glaze.

This recipe was given to us in 1965 by a friend from Italy who's had it in there family for over 85 years. The Gerimonte family used to cook this for benifet dinners - called the (Gerimonte Spaghetti Fest). Follow this recipe to the last ingredient and you will be handing this down for many generations to come.
