Uses Kraft(R) Easy Mac as the base for a delicious meal or side dish. While waiting for the macaroni to cook in the microwave, the additions are prepared and then mixed in!

The name sounds horrible but it's quite good! It's a cream cheese, baked bean, and Cheddar cheese dip made to eat with tortilla chips. Great for college students without much money or food in their pantries - all you need is a microwave! You can pretty much add any cheese and spice you want, just keep the top two ingredients intact. And in case you were wondering where the name came from... it looks like cat vomit!!!

This recipe simply turns nachos inside-out, making use of the tortilla chips at the bottom of the bag that are too broken and small to use for nachos or dipping.

This granola has been a family breakfast favorite for around 20 years. It's very basic and easy to make. It's also very delicious. For extra flavor/nutrition we sometimes add raisins, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, flax meal, peanut butter, almonds, or pecans.

I have been making these since I was a kid. They have always been everyone's favorite so I thought I would share my family's receipt. Easy to make too. Hope you love them as much as I do.

A simple way to make corn on the cob without the added clutter on the stove, or the added heat in your kitchen from boiling water. I usually make up several bags in advance and freeze them, sucking the air out through a small gap in the seal with a straw. Whether fresh or frozen, this corn comes out hot and delicious in minutes!

This is salmon with lime and basil... I dislike fish and was trying to figure out something I would like - no luck, but everyone who has tried this raves about it!

After several attempts at making skyr I have finally figured out a way to have it come out perfectly every time. Skyr is an Norwegian/Icelandic cheese made from non-fat milk that is eaten like yogurt. It is exceptionally thick and has virtually no fat and loads of healthy protein, making it a great way to jump start your day. I have tried the stovetop method and it takes so much work and the results are the same, so, however unconventional it is, I make my skyr in the......MICROWAVE!!
