Traditional hummus dip. This tastes almost identical to the high quality hummus that is served at most Mediterranean restaurants. Scoop it up with pita bread or whatever best fits your taste! =)
Hashim's Hummus

Hashim
This is my hummus recipe I have developed over the past few months. The best hummus I have ever had was in Beirut, Lebanon many years ago. With this recipe, you will hopefully have the same experience I had in Lebanon. Eventually you will get good enough at making hummus that you won't need to follow my exact measurements. :)
