The easiest chicken dish I have ever made. Great for winter with soup or salad. You can brush your crust for finish if you like, with milk or egg wash.

My mother made this pie all of my life. It's one of those desserts that just make you feel good. And, for me, it brings back so many wonderful memories!

Family favorite. I make this on Thanksgiving for the family and they all rave about it. I am told it is one of the best and lightest pumpkin pies ever. Funny thing is, I don't eat it. Add whipped cream and enjoy!

Wonderful, custard-type pie, that needs no crust.

Kahlua, pecan & chocolate pie that is the perfect autumn desert. The chocolate chips don't make it too sweet while adding just the right texture to a pecan pie. The Kahlua tastes better if you let the pie sit for a day or two ;). This is not just your typical pecan pie.

This is a rich take on the classic chess pie. Cook a little hotter and longer than other chess pies to slightly caramelize the top. Serve it hot by scooping out the gooey chocolate goodness, or serve it cooled by the slice.

This is my great grandmother's recipe for apple pie. I lost it once so I needed a safe place to put it. Serve with a dollop of whip cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

This is a fantastic frozen treat that is easy to prepare, is a great after dinner desert or summertime snack, yet elegant enough to serve at a dinner party. Snickers(R) bars, Heath(R) bars or chocolate mints are an excellent substitute for the toasted coconut.

I have made this pie for dinner parties up to 200 people. It is simply the best chocolate pie you'll ever eat! Top with whipped cream before serving.

A dark, chocolaty pie that my mother made. I searched for years and made several attempts until I finally came up with this. It is just like I remember as a kid in Alabama. I'm not a cook. So, if I can do it, anyone can.

My take on the classic Kiwi mince pie, served with mashed potatoes and ketchup. . . ultimate down-under comfort food.

Most apple pies are found with lattice toppings, but this doesn't allow your ice cream or whipped topping to seep through, so I devised a pie that would allow this to occur.
