Easy soup to throw in one pot and slow cook. The cream cheese adds a flavor that is superb. My kids love this.

This is a zesty and rich version of a bean salsa. I make this to take to work for potluck carry-ins and it has always been a favorite.

I was invited to a party and had nothing to bring. After I raided my pantry and whipped this recipe together, everyone was impressed and wanted the recipe.

This recipe is over 300 years old! I found it in an old cookbook and cherish it dearly. Bear in mind this is a very dense, very rustic loaf, and creates a very hard crust. But it is fun for an authentic Irish treat. Because of the recipes age, all of the rising comes from the buttermilk, rather than bread soda (baking soda). If you prefer a lighter loaf, you may add 1 t. of bread soda to the dry ingredients.

Colorful stir fry that's very quick and easy to make. I combine all fresh dry ingredients with store bought Chinese sauces to make a great dish to serve over cracked rice noodles.

This is an easy to make side dish that goes with just about anything. Leftovers make a great snack.
