Definitely a party favorite. I have never had the dish come home with a drop left in it.

This is one of the best ways to eat cranberries! It's sweet, crunchy, and a bit tart. Even the kids like this one. We've had to start making a double batch! When short on time we have combined the fruit and marshmallows the night before serving, and added the gelatin, whipped cream, and walnuts in the morning.

Just a simple "no frills" chicken salad recipe I came up with .. can be made quickly and easily with ingredients on hand. Enjoy it on bread, in a pita pocket, or over a bed of lettuce.

This is a family recipe handed down over three generations, and is always a crowd pleaser. I know it is a simple recipe, that is the perfection behind it. I swear to you, make it as written and everyone will want to know your secret!! I am demanded to make this for every picnic, pot luck, birthday, etc during the spring and summer. The good thing to changing how I make it? No one will bug you to make it again!!

All sorts of good stuff mixed together to create a chicken salad that will definitely blow your mind! Serve on a bed of mixed greens, as an appetizer with crackers or pita slices, or load up a kaiser roll and top it of with a slice of Swiss cheese...regardless, it'll blow your mind!
