This is a seasoned fresh-ground pork burger topped with traditional German ingredients along with items from a Cuban sandwich. It is put on a freshly toasted pretzel roll.

This is a good dish to serve on a cold day when the family has been out and about. It is both filling and full of taste. Our family likes it on weekends when we can enjoy the aroma for a few hours before time to eat. For those who like a little extra kick, hot Italian sausage can be substituted for the sweet sausage.

I'm not really sure what to call this thing. Quesadillas are tortillas with cheese and stuff in them. This thing isMde of tortillas with cheese and stuff in them. So I guess it's a quesadilla. You'll grill sausages, wrap them in tortillas, grill again, then wrap in cheese- and onion-stuffed tortillas and grill once more. Melty, filling, and delicious.

This is not your average lasagna. With 5 different cheeses mixed with seasoned meat, it will make your mouth water.

Great breakfast burritos for serving yourself, family or a large gathering. Recipe can be easily cut in half or doubled. Burritos are also easily frozen and re-heated for an instant homemade breakfast.

I've been trying to perfect the perfect lasagna, for my tastes at least. It's been a long road, and I've played with it and tweaked it quite a bit and now, I love it,all my friends seem to wolf it up. I made the instructions non cook friendly and simple. It's good when it's done, it's better after it's been in the fridge the next day.

Even though this recipe says it serves four, you'll want to at least double it to get you through the whole game - maybe even triple it. Get enough beer - both for cooking and drinking. Don't get the wimpy kind, get the real stuff.

This Kielbasa and Kraut recipe is quick and easy to make. The apple counteracts the onion to provide a delicious addition to the traditional German meal.

It's the sausage mixed with the ground beef that's the trick to this awesome burger!

I make this recipe every Sunday morning, and there's never any left over. Not in the mood for burritos? Eat it as a scramble.

Better hot than not! This is the cheesiest, meatiest, spiciest cheese dip you're ever going to find.

This takes some of my favourite things from Ireland (Black Pudding, good cheese, potatoes, and stout), and turns them into a fun evening meal. Black pudding can be found online, or try a butchers/grocers that carries a British or Irish selection. If you don't eat blood, then substitute with a slice or two of fine quality ham or corned beef.
