Manly Bacon Nachos
Here's a big platter of meaty nachos for feeding a big group of guys. Ground beef and crispy bacon form layers along with refried beans, Cheddar cheese and nacho chips. Slap some sour cream, guac, and salsa on top to finish it all off!
Easy Wings With Spicy Honey Sauce
Choose your favorite barbecue sauce to custom fit this wing recipe to your party. Use something sweet and smoky, or turn on the heat to bring the pain.
Beer Boiled Gulf Shrimp
Large Gulf shrimp boiled in your favorite beer. I like to use a light ale (not too hoppy) rather than dark beer or pilsner. There's a little butter for a touch of flavor. This is a great way to get messy as you eat--finger food at its best!
Spider's Smokin' Pickles
Pickles marinated in hot pepper brine. If you really want a kick add some habaneroes. The longer these sit the hotter they get. Great for football games or parties.
Goody's Bacon Brown Sugar Smokies
This is MEAT CANDY!! Baking them in the oven allows the bacon to crisp, the liquids to be released from the Smokies, and the brown sugar to caramelize on them deliciously. It also allows to you control the fat content of them a bit more easily, as most of the bacon drippings will remain on the sheet pan after cooking. We usually make them during the holidays, but they're good for all year 'round, of course. So easy to make!
Fried Buffalo Shrimp

This is an easy dish for ballgames or to take to parties. I like to make sure additional sauce covers the shrimp when served. If taking to get together, just leave the shrimp in the sauce mix and make sure it stays warm. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing for the full effect.
Artichoke and Parmesan Cheese Dip

A quick and easy appetizer similar to what it is found in restaurants. It's pretty tasty stuff, and it's always the first to go at get-togethers!
Five-Layer Chip Dip

Who needs seven layers when you can have the five best ones? Fine! If you really need a seven-layer dip then you can sprinkle on chopped green onions, sliced black olives, and browned ground beef. Oh, wait, that's eight...

This dip is yummy! Crumbly, browned breakfast sausage is mixed with cream cheese and a good salsa. Use your favorite salsa to make it as hot as you like!
Buffalo Chicken Dip

POPS OHIO
Spicy and creamy with chunks of chicken breast, this dip comes hot and bubbling out of the oven. Serve with scooper chips for those Ohio State Buckeye Football Saturdays!

Baked Blazing Hot Wings
Recipe by:
Jim M
This blazing hot wing recipe is an alternative to deep-fried wings. They are baked instead of fried and stay juicy rather than crisp. I started making these about 5 years ago and they were an instant hit. I am always asked to "bring the wings" for all the parties we are invited to now.
Bob's Buffalo Chicken Done Your Way
Recipe by:
YODABOB
This is a great way to enjoy "bar type" food without the guilt! I love buffalo wings, but hate the guilt of eating, say, 20 of 'em! This is a lower-fat version with all the taste. Enjoy!
Brandon's Naked Buffalo Wings
Recipe by:
Brandon T
These wings are best when they are extra crisp. Beware, they are spicy with four different kinds of hot sauce!
