This is a combination of meat sauce spaghetti made like lasagna. My kids love it and it is simpler than lasagna. So my son named it Easy Cheapy Quickie Spasagna. It also works well with macaroni or ziti. This recipe is perfect for vacuum packaging individual portions and freezing them for leftover night.
This is a one dish meal. My grandmother made this dish when my dad was growing up. It is a family favorite to this day.
Beef, spices and tortilla chips in an easy casserole.
Something I loved growing up and when I got older, I made a couple changes to add some jazz to it. My family loves it.
My business partner's son gave me this recipe. It's hearty, easy to prepare, and reminiscent of pizza! I always make two of these because it goes so fast.

I was looking for a recipe that would use some ingredients I had around the house. I couldn't find one for a hamburger and rice casserole, so this is the result. It is tasty and easy enough to prepare.
An easy tasty casserole with tomato soup, pepperoni and spices the whole family will enjoy. Hint: In our house this is a two meal dish. So I buy 2 cans of tomato soup. If you reheat for a second meal stir in second can before reheating. This keeps the casserole moist. Stir thoroughly, and top with cheese again.
A slight variation on the popular Shepherds Pie using a pre-mixed vegetable/pasta mix and topping it off with yams/sweet potato.
Meaty, cheesy, all-in-one meal for the entire family!
Traditional Spanish rice taken to a whole new level. I turned it into a casserole everyone will love.

Quick cooking casserole.
My family has been making this recipe as long as I can remember. Now that I have taken over a good part of the cooking I still think it is the best. Use polenta rather than finer ground corn meal. I sometimes add 1/2 cup whole kernel corn to the polenta.
This is a recipe that I have altered and made my own. Love the way it taste and it is simple to put together!!! Enjoy.
