Extremely Bitter Chocolate Dip

A dark chocolate dip. I always use a bar that has a minimum of 50% cocoa solids as this has a good strong bitterness. I have tried making it with white and milk chocolate but it didn't work, it didn't set.
Toffee
This toffee is amazing, and just uses one ingredient. Can be used for cheesecakes, sauces, crumbles, cakes, well... anything you want. For toffee cream, just mix toffee in a bowl to loosen, then mix with cream until you're happy with thickness. This will thicken further if placed in the fridge. Enjoy.
Caramel Dip
The sweet, creamy taste of caramel in this easy dessert dip. Might be just as good as fondue, but it takes a whole heck of a lot less time and effort to make. Nice choice for date night with your special friend.
