This dish can be used as a dip or as a smaller and lighter meal. I came up with this recipe one day while trying to make a warm dip that contained meat other then beef. Using, chicken, artichokes, diced tomatoes and cheese, it offers lots of different flavor for your football game day and its always a hit! Even people who don’t know about artichokes, like this dish. Its easy to make and easy to serve. Serve with crackers, or pita bread chips, or small pieces of bread. Make it low carb by skipping the bread and crackers and eat it as is.
