MacKenzie's Three Bean Salad
Recipe by:
MSAUSVILLE
This is a classic three bean salad that is good for vegetarians, and meat eaters alike. My four year old will eat it, and she is not crazy about beans. So we named it after her. Allow your three bean to chill and marinate in the refrigerator for up to six hours, you can of course eat this right away. I however find that it is much better after it has had time to soak in all the flavors of the “dressing”.
Amazing Salmon Marinade
This marinade is great for grilled salmon. It works well with any cut of salmon. However, I typically use salmon fillets. I like king salmon best but it works well on any type of fresh salmon. This marinade is enough for 3 pounds of salmon.
Spring Hill Ranch Homemade Ketchup
You haven't tasted ketchup until you've tasted *homemade* ketchup! At about 1/3 the cost of the brand names (you wouldn't actually even think of using a generic brand, would you?!), there is no reason why you or your family or crew should suffer through life without this stuff! It keeps well in the 'fridge for a few weeks, but rarely is still around by then! This recipe makes enough to about fill an emptied (and washed out!) 32 ounce squeeze bottle from the store-bought stuff.
Rob's Better Than A Steakhouse Steak
Every self-respecting man needs to know how to cook a good steak. Face it, folks: a thick slab of perfectly prepared beef is hard to beat and makes even the most hardened vegetarian have second thoughts. Ask your local butcher to cut a 1-inch thick slab of the best cut you can afford, but make sure it's at least choice grade. If you don't have a charcoal grill, you'll need that too....Please NO GAS! Finally a good marinade.
Tequila Montreal Steak
Steak marinated in a bath of tequila and assorted seasonings. I've found that this makes a great steak fajita also!
Steak with Four Roses Bourbon Sauce
Grilled steak topped with a buttery bourbon sauce. I created this after attending the 2011 Chefs of the Coast cook off (as a spectator) in Biloxi, MS.
Venison Spiedie Sandwiches
Recipe by:
LYNN740
This is a great New York recipe for chicken, venison, beef, pork, and more. Make a second batch of the marinade to drizzle onto the finished sandwiches.
HCCA Steak Dip
I am a board member and resident cook for the Harrison County Cattlemen's Association. This is the best marinade I have ever used. It works on any kind of meat, and even fish.
Apple Juice Marinade
A tart, tangy marinade made from the Puritans' favorite fruit. Boston hosted America's first apple orchard in 1625.
Honey Garlic Marinade
Honey is the featured ingredient in this marinade, which you can use to season beef, chicken, pork, and vegetables.
Whiskey Ginger Marinade
Whiskey and ginger: A classic, tasty drink that's now adapted as a marinade for steak or chicken.
