Always a Christmas treat when I was a kid - A shredded coconut covered chocolate roll mixed with walnuts, shredded coconut, and miniature colored marshmallows. My mom used to always make these when I was a kid - I'm not sure where she got the recipe from. 2 rolls was never enough, because everyone would devour them instantly. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo to submit yet - I will get one asap, but I do hope you enjoy them, and Merry Christmas!
