Based on Indian Rogan Josh (red lamb), this recipe also borrows from Mexican and American culture to create something quite unique, and delicious. very quick and easy, the actual rolling of the wraps is the only semi-difficult part. (See our "How to roll up a wrap" article.)
My aunt has been making this recipe since she married my uncle. One day, my mother borrowed the recipe and invited them for dinner. My uncle thought it was the best chili he had ever had and told my aunt she should get the recipe for it to make it later. Suffice to say, my aunt was not pleased - but she still makes it for him.
A delicious casserole of rice and chow mein vegetables that is one of my favorites.
This stuff is so good, you will not be able to make this fast enough. Low in fat high in flavor!
I had frozen peppers on hand, and wanted stuffed peppers, but peppers don't stuff well after freezing, and I wanted to make something quick. I came up with this soup.
This is tomato sauce at its finest. Unlike most tomato sauce where there are many spices, this tomato sauce is all about the rich taste of the tomatoes.
A simple marinade, heavy on the bourbon and seasoned with soy sauce is all this steak needs before crisping up under the broiler.
This is a great marinade and gives me an excuse to buy a fifth of Bourbon. It's great! Don't marinate over 36 hours cause it will get too tough. The more you flip the bag the better.
This recipe does not call for beans, and I recommend you try it that way. They can always be added later if someone (like my wife) insists on ruining it with beans. While deer hunting on the Nueces River, someone shot some 'camp meat', and I had to cook it up. I diced it into 1/4 inch cubes, browned it in a cast iron pot over an open fire, and went from there. I didn't have oregano, corn meal, crackers or garlic, but served flour tortillas with it and everyone enjoyed it.
Yummy recipe, very good and easy to make. You may adjust the amount of cheese to your liking.
This hearty chili will really warm you up on a cold winter day!
This is a thick and meaty chili with some different twists. It is easy to make and everyone seems to really love it. A lot of people have asked for this recipe.... It is a great meal! Serve sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese and a small amount of sour cream and some crackers or bread.
My mother's homemade chili. This can be simmered on the stove, or cooked all day on Low in a slow cooker. Beans are optional!
Zing up your usual pasta and meat balls with this Latin twist on an Italian staple.
Quick prep makes this recipe a perfect weeknight meal for the family.
Warm simple chili that hits the spot during a football game or any other time you really need it.
A quick and easy way to satisfy everybody!!! Grade A.
This is an incredible meatball recipe that requires little effort.
A combination of meats and some spices for a great taste in meatballs to add to your favorite sauce. Also can be used for burgers.
Meatballs that are crazy.
