Recipe by:

Where's the beef? Right here !!! If you love a meaty and hearty chili you've found what you're looking for. Over the years I've eaten a lot of chili, looked at many chili recipes and talked with several people to create my unique blend. Interesting ingredients that make this stand out: 5 different meats (4 pounds total) 3 different peppers (Green & Red Bell + Hungarian) Sauce base including Coffee, Beer and Beef Broth Unsweetened cocoa powder
Bacon Wrapped Bratwurst with Beer Braised Cabbage
Even though this recipe says it serves four, you'll want to at least double it to get you through the whole game - maybe even triple it. Get enough beer - both for cooking and drinking. Don't get the wimpy kind, get the real stuff.
Wisconsin BBB Burger (Butter, Brats, & Beer)
In this kickass riff on a classic Wisconsin butter burger, I incorporate some other great Wisconsin ingredients: butter and beer!! No man can resist the pure greatness of this burger...
Ass-Kicking Chili
When you want a Chili that is full of heat and taste that will leave you with a sweat filled forehead and a red face, but leave you craving for more, this is what you'll want to go for.
Tenpoints' Carnivore Burger
What more can be said than the title?? Come on now, this is a Man's Burger. All meat, with a twist. The flavor combination is unbelievable. You get hit with the sweet, the sour, and the salty all at the same time and your taste buds just explode.
Five-Pepper Turkey Chili
That's right, five chilis. Count 'em up: Red bell, jalapeno, anaheim, powdered and chipotle. All that spice gets a healthy teammate in ground turkey. Inspired by Danny Jaye's "Best Damn Chili."
Beer Brats
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside!
Guinness(R) Beer Floats
An easy ice cream float for big boys. Even the biggest meat lover will want to save room for this.
Dean’s Texas Chili
This is a wonderful chili! Due to the grilling of the roast as the added meat, it adds a nice smokey flavor. It takes a little time to prepare but well worth it. Any beef stew meat will work in this dish: top or bottom round, rump roast, or chuck.
Beer Weenies
One of the first things I ever learned to cook; I must have been 6 or 7 years old; it's that easy, and always a big hit!
Two Bean Three Meat Chili
Great tasting chili chock full of meat and taste. Great at those fall football parties where you need something substantial.
Deep Fried Bacon Cheeseburgers
Invented by the adventurous Scots, this takes the incredible bacon cheeseburger to a whole new level. Inspired by chrisBadenoch's "Beer Batter."
Sweet Kielbasa Sausage

This sausage and beer appetizer is always a major hit, and it's very simple to make. Serve with cubed cheese if you like.
Deep-Fried Finger Steaks
It's simply a strip of steak that is battered and deep fried. Deep fried steak... Just sit there and let that marinate in your brain for a minute. Yeah, they're way good!
