Martin's Pasta Crab Salad
Recipe by:
MARTINBENNETT
This pasta crab salad has always been popular with guests. If I didn't stop myself, I could eat it 3 meals a day. Sometimes I do anyway. I have tried real crab and found the imitation simply tastes better with this recipe.
Creamy Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
Easy football appetizer game plan: Start the eggs boiling at the end of the first quarter. They'll be done halfway through the second. Cool them in the ice water. They'll be ready to make at halftime. And you start the second half with a play to defeat lingering hunger.
Spicy Tuna Salad
Make this tuna salad recipe once and you'll never go back to the blander tuna of your past.
Caribbean Spiced Salmon
Enjoy this mix of native Caribbean, Spanish, English, and African spices. Then celebrate Caribbean culture by lying in a hammock--the word comes from the Taino word "hamaca."
Caesar Salad Deviled Eggs
An easy appetizer with the time-tested flavor you know from Caesar salad. Fitting, since deviled eggs are known to have been eaten by the ancient Romans.
Salmon Cheese Ball
Need a make ahead appetizer? Plop this easy cheese ball in the fridge three hours before game time, and you're ready to eat at kickoff (or first pitch, or tip off).
J. Paul's Seafood Gumbo
This gumbo can be expensive to make, so I only get to make it once a year, usually on New Year's Eve, outside, over an open fire (of course). I save the juices from the Thanksgiving turkey, which really puts this gumbo over the top. This is one of those recipes that I worked for years to perfect, and now it's perfect, so I don't dare change anything else. But, that's MY taste. Anybody is free to change whatever they want. Latigo
