Grilled Pork and Nectarine Salad
This is salad with a Y chromosome. Some people put fresh cream on their nectarines. We guys prefer adding a pound of grilled pork.

I worked for a cafeteria at one time and learned how to make several pasta salads for our salad bar. This one is excellent. It is chock-full of ingredients and is great to serve in the summer when it is hot and humid (like it is upstate NY), and you're not interested in cooking or eating much. This one is loaded with goodies and is great to bring to a potluck as well.
