Blueberry Ice Cream
Recipe by:
Greg P..ski
Here in Maine, we have an awful lot of blueberries in late summer. You try not to get too tired of them in pies, so here is one of the families favorites. Though a simple straightforward recipe it does take an overnight too cool properly, before it goes in your ice cream maker. You may have more mixture then your ice cream maker can handle, so don't flood it. Enjoy!

Green Pea Layered Salad
Recipe by:
Chris
This recipe was developed by my Aunt Myra from Georgia and has been a mainstay throughout our large family for decades. It is a perfect side dish for potlucks, barbecues and gatherings. It can also be enjoyed as a light main course, especially in the summer when it is so refreshing. It is simultaneously crunchy and creamy and the layering makes it look nice, particularly when made in a glass bowl.

MacKenzie's Three Bean Salad
Recipe by:
MSAUSVILLE
This is a classic three bean salad that is good for vegetarians, and meat eaters alike. My four year old will eat it, and she is not crazy about beans. So we named it after her. Allow your three bean to chill and marinate in the refrigerator for up to six hours, you can of course eat this right away. I however find that it is much better after it has had time to soak in all the flavors of the “dressing”.
No-mess Microwave Corn On The Cob
Recipe by:
DadsTheChef
A simple way to make corn on the cob without the added clutter on the stove, or the added heat in your kitchen from boiling water. I usually make up several bags in advance and freeze them, sucking the air out through a small gap in the seal with a straw. Whether fresh or frozen, this corn comes out hot and delicious in minutes!

Staggering Jack Daniels(R) Meatballs
When meatballs are gone you can do shots of the sauce... Gotta admit, I usally cheat on the meatballs and buy em pre-cooked, or ya can make yer own. I make several batches of this and keep em in the freezer letting them ferment, although cuz of the alcohol content they don't freeze solid, LOL. All ingredients are to taste, no exact measuring is required... How much you make is optional. Be creative and have fun, do a shot.
Baked Taco Chicken
A new spicy way of fixing chicken, that the whole family will love. YUMMY!!
Spicy Chipotle Barbecue Burgers
With a little advance prep, this burger goes together quickly and will hit all of your senses with heat, sweet, crunchy, and cheesy in one bite. Where's the cheese? It's stuffed inside the burger itself.
