New Mexico Green Chili Breakfast Burritos with Sausage and Jalapenos
Green Chili is very popular where I live in New Mexico, you can find it in almost anything. I decided to pair up our state's famous green chili with eggs and cheese for a delicious breakfast burrito. As a nod to our neighbor state, Texas, I added jalapenos which gave the burritos a great kick. It's perfect "man" food for breakfast - it fills you up, has some heat, and doesn't take all day to prepare. Also, this breakfast is portable, wrap them tightly in foil and you are good to go!
Campfire Carne Asada Tacos
Carne Asada tacos. Very easy entertaining recipe. If you can wield a food processor and a set of tongs, you are set. I always kick off the summer camping season by doing these over the campfire. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can do most everything beforehand, leaving you time to quaff a few with your buddies. Perfect for tailgating or camping where people stand while they eat.
Buffalo Juicy Lucy
The meatiest burger oozing with cheese a man could possibly create. Uses buffalo meat instead of beef for a slightly different take on the classic cheese-stuffed hamburger experience.
"So Good, Makes You Wanna Slap Yo Mama" BBQ Sauce
This is a vinegar and mustard based "Carolina Style" sauce, as opposed to most ketchup and molasses based sauces. The combination of sweet and tangy flavors brings out the absolute best in grilled pork and chicken. This is the only sauce I use for my ribs!
Pineapple Teriyaki Ribs

A slight deviation from the typical ketchup- or vinegar-based rib sauces; this sweet Asian-inspired sauce gives ribs a different taste.

Spicy Grilled Rib-Eye Steak
This is the steak taste you're used to, with a kick; like adding electric guitar to an orchestra, you're looking at a classic marinade with a kick.
Greek Salad with Grilled Steak
You've always known what's missing from Greek salad: steak, of course. Just proves again that if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.
Honey Coffee Garlic Barbecue Sauce
A trio of main ingredients gives this homemade barbecue sauce big flavor: Honey for sweetness, garlic for spice, and coffee for...well, for coffee flavor.
Grilled Meatballs
You can use these meatballs on pasta or in sandwiches. Or you may just find that people want to grab them right off the grill and pop them in their mouths.
Army Bacon Coleslaw
A very easy recipe for coleslaw; you just throw these ingredients in a pot and cook them up. Chill and serve at your next cookout. Adapted from the 1910 Manual for Army Cooks.
Beer Brats
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside!
Dragon's Hawaiian Hot Dog
Dragon's take on the hot dog, with a few tweaks! This hot dog is stuffed with sweet tasting pineapple, wrapped in bacon & topped with baked beans!
