Easy Orange-Cinnamon French Toast
Recipe by:
Bud
This is a recipe a friend of the family made us when I was a kid, many years ago. I have played with it over the years trying to reproduce it, and this is close enough. As camp cook, I used to make this for my hunting buddies before everyone went out into the wilderness hunting for the day... They loved it. At home it is still a frequent treat.
Jello Pie

Puppy Girl
This easy Jello(R) pie recipe is a family FAVORITE! The whole family went crazy, it's the best recipe on this planet! But refrigerate over night if possible. And don't use the freezer!
Campfire Carne Asada Tacos
Carne Asada tacos. Very easy entertaining recipe. If you can wield a food processor and a set of tongs, you are set. I always kick off the summer camping season by doing these over the campfire. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can do most everything beforehand, leaving you time to quaff a few with your buddies. Perfect for tailgating or camping where people stand while they eat.
Grilled Meatballs
You can use these meatballs on pasta or in sandwiches. Or you may just find that people want to grab them right off the grill and pop them in their mouths.
Army Beef Stew
No one likes bland food, and Army privates are no different. This beef stew has a little kick to it, thanks to a coating of cayenne pepper. A great recipe for beginners, try it yourself. Adapted from the 1910 Manual for Army Cooks.
Beefy Glazed Onions
Bring out the taste of onions with a little butter and beef stock. Serve as a side dish for onion-lovers or a topping for burgers. Adapted from the 1910 Manual for Army Cooks.
Picalilli Salad
This dish has a long history, from the Acadians (who became the Cajuns) and then eventually to the U.S. Army. Adapted from the 1910 Manual for Army Cooks.
Army Bacon Coleslaw
A very easy recipe for coleslaw; you just throw these ingredients in a pot and cook them up. Chill and serve at your next cookout. Adapted from the 1910 Manual for Army Cooks.
Beer Brats
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside!
Dragon's Hawaiian Hot Dog
Dragon's take on the hot dog, with a few tweaks! This hot dog is stuffed with sweet tasting pineapple, wrapped in bacon & topped with baked beans!
Manly Breakfast Gravy
Here is a gravy that is hearty and filling, goes a long way and is very nearly a meal in itself. Definitely NOT Lo-Cal!
Rip Roarin' Ranch Beans
These ranch beans have been confused with mild chili at times but they're just good eatin' beans. And you don't want to stand near the campfire after downin' a plate or 2 of these babies.
Easy Skillet Supper
When you don't have time to cook an elaborate meal, this is the ticket--a one pot meal. Can be done in the kitchen or outside on the campfire.
