Bud’s (No Peanut Butter) Breakfast/Snack Bars
Recipe by:
Bud
My wife does not like peanut butter, nuts, some dried fruits, or chocolate chips, so I have had to modify my recipe so she could take these tasty and healthy snack bars to work. With as many substitutions possible as your imagination allows, you can change the recipe to fit your on-hand pantry items.
Simple and Easy Granola Bars

The only bad thing about these granola bars is how fast they disappear! I have to ration my kids on these things!
Fred’s Spicey Spatch BBQ Chicken
Spatching a whole chicken before cooking on the BBQ takes a little time and effort, but is fairly easy to do. As the sun was shining we had an impromptu BBQ with some friends and I created this marinade recipe on the spur of the moment. Please feel free to change the ingredients to suit your own taste.
Smothered Rabbit
This onion-y rabbit stew, spiced with Tabasco sauce and Cajun seasoning is great cooked in a cast iron kettle over a hot camp fire.

It's deliciously easy and fun, especially for the kids. The added ingredients are chocolate bars, frosting and sprinkles. Wow! The layers look great when cutting out the squares for your guests.
Triple Spicy Jalapeno Burgers

Triple spicy? Yes indeed: from jalapeno peppers, Tabasco, and pepper jack cheese. Can you handle the heat?
Best Parmesan Monterey Dip
A very creamy, cheesy hot dip. Heat it up at the tailgate party or serve it hot while you watch the game on TV.
Mama's Mac and Cheese
I'm no chef and neither is my mom, but when it's time for a mac and cheese throw-down, we can hold our own. Forget the cheese sauce and bread crumb topping...because while it may be tasty it ain't real mac and cheese. This recipe features cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Let's begin.
Country Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies with a unique maple flavor. Great choice for picnics, a quick dessert, or snacks to make with the kids.
Loaded Waffle Fries
Loaded Waffle Fries - everything you could ever imagine on your fries. Chili, cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, chives, and bacon! This goes great with my bacon cheeseburger dogs (see my other recipes).
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Why make cookies without flour? I dunno, but it seemed like a good idea! (Besides, some folks aren't compatible with gluten!). I got the idea from someone else, but this is my own way of doing it to peanut butter cookies. People who have tried them are unbelieving that there is no flour and you will be, too, when you try them! Oh, and the "36 servings?" Actually, that's 36-40 cookies
