Lazy Man Baby Back Ribs
I am one lazy cook and don't want to put up with a lot of work in getting a rack o' ribs to cook to a perfect fall-off-the-bone state. I also do NOT have the smoker and I hate heating up the house with an oven bake. In making perfect ribs, the two things we can't get rid of are time and low temp. The perfect solution is the 6 quart slow cooker. Here's how to get ribs perfect EVERY time and not make a hassle over it.
Grilled Meatballs
You can use these meatballs on pasta or in sandwiches. Or you may just find that people want to grab them right off the grill and pop them in their mouths.
Dragon's Hawaiian Hot Dog
Dragon's take on the hot dog, with a few tweaks! This hot dog is stuffed with sweet tasting pineapple, wrapped in bacon & topped with baked beans!
Kool-Aid(R) Pie

It's deliciously easy and fun, especially for the kids. The added ingredients are chocolate bars, frosting and sprinkles. Wow! The layers look great when cutting out the squares for your guests.

Appetizers, army-style. Adapted from the 1910 Manual for Army Cooks.
Deep-Fried Chili Pie Meatballs
Chips, beef, and chili deep-fried into balls. Who's the hero of football Sunday? No matter how many points your running back gets, it's gonna be you if you made this amazing appetizer.
Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Recipe by:
David M.
A simple dessert you don't even need a stove for. The microwave melts the peanut butter and the chocolate, you mix 'em, and enjoy. Note: Cooking time will depend on the power of your microwave.
Amazing Toaster Oven Peanut Butter Cookies
You don't need a full oven to make great cookies. You will need some smallish baking pans that fit your toaster oven, though. Check your supermarket, or if that fails, a specialty kitchen tools store.
Cheddar Wiener Boats
Recipe by:
Ralph P.
They won't float, but these stuffed wiener boats will satisfy a football fan's hunger.
D.I.Y. Sloppy Joes
Let lesser men eat canned Sloppy Joe mix. You can make your own no problem. Pile it on hamburger buns and it's feast time.
Oh Ya, Real Good Chili
Everyone thinks of Texas when they think of Chili, but we eat lots of it up here in Minnesota where it's cold 9 months out of the year. I like this version because you don't have to do much measuring and it sticks to your ribs real good.
