Easy Cheapy Quickie Spasagna
Recipe by:
BGLMNGR
This is a combination of meat sauce spaghetti made like lasagna. My kids love it and it is simpler than lasagna. So my son named it Easy Cheapy Quickie Spasagna. It also works well with macaroni or ziti. This recipe is perfect for vacuum packaging individual portions and freezing them for leftover night.

Popcorn
Recipe by:
Fergies Kitchen
Popcorn done on the stove instead of the microwave. This method first heats the oil to the right temperature, then waiting 30 seconds brings all of the other kernels to a near-popping temperature so that when they are put back on the heat, they all pop at about the same time. With this technique, nearly all of the kernels pop, and nothing burns. Makes 4 quarts, a nice amount for three people, or for two hungry ones.

Easy to make and a great comfort food. This cheese sauce also works great with potatoes, broccoli, or cauliflower. You can also double the milk and butter in the cheese sauce recipe, add cubed chicken with macaroni, and make it a complete meal in a pan.

Texas Hot Sauce
Recipe by:
Clair Hawver
A family favorite. Well worth the time it takes to make. Key is making sure that hamburg is finely chopped. Serve on hot dogs win warm buns with a little mustard and finely chopped onion. Makes a large batch, but can be frozen to use as needed. Spray freezer trays with non-stick spray and add Texas hot sauce and freeze. Remove sauce cubes from tray and put in sealed plastic bags. Then you can heat up the sauce cubes when needed.
Victory Pig Pizza
Recipe by:
EGRIVNER
When I was younger, I worked at Victory Pig Pizza in Wyoming, PA. They serve a greasy, soft dough pizza that people would drive for miles to get. Many restaurants in the area would try to duplicate the recipe, but would only come close. After watching them make their variations and observing the staff at the Pig, I think I have come pretty close. It's not quite the same, but it's still quite good. Here is my recipe for a pizza similar to Victory Pig.

Lazy Man Baby Back Ribs
I am one lazy cook and don't want to put up with a lot of work in getting a rack o' ribs to cook to a perfect fall-off-the-bone state. I also do NOT have the smoker and I hate heating up the house with an oven bake. In making perfect ribs, the two things we can't get rid of are time and low temp. The perfect solution is the 6 quart slow cooker. Here's how to get ribs perfect EVERY time and not make a hassle over it.
Dragon's Hawaiian Hot Dog
Dragon's take on the hot dog, with a few tweaks! This hot dog is stuffed with sweet tasting pineapple, wrapped in bacon & topped with baked beans!
Boston Cooler
Are you tired of the same ol' milkshakes, every summer? Then try a refreshing, spicy, and delicious Boston Cooler. These were a great treat to have between classes at a little place only a stone's throw away from U of DM, in Detroit. The name may say Boston, and I'm not even sure if they have these in Boston, but after one taste, you won't even care.
