Barbecued Turkey
A grilled/smoked turkey is juicer and has a far better flavor than an oven-roasted turkey. The turkey will be more tender and juicy than you thought possible. The recommended size for BBQ is 12-14 pounds. The turkey must fit under the lid with about 1-inch space between top of turkey and lid.

Honey-Glazed Cornish Game Hens
Recipe by:
DALENARO
This Cornish game hen recipe was always made X-Mas Eve along with baked vegetables. After we all had our fill, the family members would each get to open a special gift, and when we were done we put cookies out for Santa and went to bed. Next day we had our home-smoked ham. Really Neat Childhood Memory.
Judy's Clam Dip
Recipe by:
KYMike
My mother prepared this dish (along with another simple appetizer consisting of chilled cocktail shrimp stuck with festive toothpicks along side a dish of cocktail sauce) every Christmas as far back as I can remember. It is a creamy, savory blend of easy-to-find ingredients that showcases the rich flavor of the clams. Stay with the mentioned brands and you'll never be disappointed. Serve with Ruffles(R) Original potato chips.
Perfect pecan pie
Recipe by:
Kevin Harper
For the pecan pie connoisseur, this is the richest flavor you'll find! I think this is the perfect combination of sugars and nuts to produce the ideal flavor and texture. For the pie crust, believe it or not, the refrigerated rolls of pie dough from the store are great for this pie. (Don't buy the pre-molded pie crust!)

Rice Dressing
Recipe by:
LeChef
Black Rice aka Dirty Rice. This is a turkey stuffing most often used in the South in place of traditional bread dressings. The blacker the rice; the better the stuffing. The s e c r e t of black rice is the chicken livers. The darker you cook them the blacker the rice. Also you can add more livers if you want.

This sausage stuffing will make between 10 and 12 servings, depending on who you're serving. If serving sausage lovers, add the proportionate amount of ingredients to compensate.
Noodles Riviera
My family's recipe for Noodles Riviera. It's like lasagna with sour cream. You can substitute ground turkey in place of ground beef if you like.
