Easy Orange-Cinnamon French Toast
Recipe by:

This is a recipe a friend of the family made us when I was a kid, many years ago. I have played with it over the years trying to reproduce it, and this is close enough. As camp cook, I used to make this for my hunting buddies before everyone went out into the wilderness hunting for the day... They loved it. At home it is still a frequent treat.

This dish is a great holiday or normal everyday breakfast casserole.
Goetta
Recipe by:
J. E. Dixon
An authentic Cincinnati German tradition. This is peasant food and, therefore, labor intensive. There is no "healthy" way to make this dish, so don't eat it every day and you'll be okay.
Quick and Easy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
Recipe by:
Mike Wyman
This is a wonderfully fast and delicious way to make yourself this favorite dish. Although you can spice this to taste, all of the basic spices are already in the ingredients. I use fresh store-bough biscuits. The markets near me make these fresh every day and even have buttermilk biscuits available as well. This should make enough for 8 servings of one biscuit each with gravy. For me this serves four hungry folks!

It's Not A Quiche! (It's a Frittata...)
This frittata contains eggs, hash browns and spinach, and since the veggie requirement has been met, bacon can be added. This dish is really easy to make, but looks fancy once it is done and should impress the women in your life (I know my wife and my mom were duly impressed). In case you were wondering, a quiche has a crust whereas most frittatas do not.
Baked Cheese Omelet for Six
Old-time army cooks new how to get an omelet started right--with a heapin' helpin' of bacon grease. Adapted from the 1910 Manual for Army Cooks.
Curried Cheddar Tomato Strata
Craving a breakfast of bacon, eggs and toast? Here's a better idea: toast and eggs together, with bacon on top. Now you're ready for that weekend project.
