Stuffed Banana Peppers
Recipe by:
Joe Kallok
This is one of our family favorites because we can easily have it 3 or 4 times a summer. Serve with rice.
Rotisserie Chicken
This recipe is perfect on game day when you need to feed a crowd. If you have more than 6 people I recommend doubling the bird. Serve with baked beans, biscuits, and coleslaw.
Bacon Wrapped Bratwurst with Beer Braised Cabbage
Even though this recipe says it serves four, you'll want to at least double it to get you through the whole game - maybe even triple it. Get enough beer - both for cooking and drinking. Don't get the wimpy kind, get the real stuff.
Wisconsin BBB Burger (Butter, Brats, & Beer)
In this kickass riff on a classic Wisconsin butter burger, I incorporate some other great Wisconsin ingredients: butter and beer!! No man can resist the pure greatness of this burger...
Spicy Chipotle Barbecue Burgers
With a little advance prep, this burger goes together quickly and will hit all of your senses with heat, sweet, crunchy, and cheesy in one bite. Where's the cheese? It's stuffed inside the burger itself.
Campfire Carne Asada Tacos
Carne Asada tacos. Very easy entertaining recipe. If you can wield a food processor and a set of tongs, you are set. I always kick off the summer camping season by doing these over the campfire. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can do most everything beforehand, leaving you time to quaff a few with your buddies. Perfect for tailgating or camping where people stand while they eat.
Buffalo Juicy Lucy
The meatiest burger oozing with cheese a man could possibly create. Uses buffalo meat instead of beef for a slightly different take on the classic cheese-stuffed hamburger experience.
Just Killed: Carne Asada Torpedo
A spicy meat-filled sandwich that bites back! Chewy sourdough rolls filled with grilled pepper-infused beef, cooled by buttery slices of ripe avocado. Red onions add contrasting sweetness and crunch.
San Ignacio Green Chile Cheeseburgers
A twist on the famous New Mexico green chile cheeseburger, this stuffed burger is a favorite at our ranch's summer get-togethers. The cream cheese mitigates the heat from the jalapeƱos, but leaves the wonderful flavors of them and the green chilies intact. The chipotle mayonnaise, filling or even the uncooked burgers themselves can be made a day ahead and kept sealed in the 'fridge overnight. Just get them out of the 'fridge about half an hour before grilling.
Grilled Venison Tenderloin
This venison recipe has proven to please even people who claim they don't like venison. It's amazing what a little bacon and barbeque sauce can do!
Droopy Lupe's Cuban Burger
This recipe puts a Cuban spin on the classic Juicy Lucy with Swiss cheese-stuffed burgers topping grilled ham slices.
Pineapple Teriyaki Ribs
Recipe by:
Michael P.
A slight deviation from the typical ketchup- or vinegar-based rib sauces; this sweet Asian-inspired sauce gives ribs a different taste.
Grilled Banana Splits

Add something that the ice cream parlor can't--the smoky flavoring of the grill.
Tenpoints' Carnivore Burger
What more can be said than the title?? Come on now, this is a Man's Burger. All meat, with a twist. The flavor combination is unbelievable. You get hit with the sweet, the sour, and the salty all at the same time and your taste buds just explode.
Teriyaki Burger
A sweet, dark, rummy recipe to remind you of all those cruises you take to the Caribbean islands.
North African Ostrich and Turkey Burgers
A huge discovery for me when I was stationed in Morocco, working for GREEK LINE: The use of ostrich and turkey meat was very much on the forefront of all restaurants where even restaurant chains, European or American, decided to add the bird meats to their menus in different applications. I decided to try, for the first time, to make a turkey-ostrich burger and, voila, everybody thought it was even better than the standard beef versions. Here it is!
