Todd's Candy Bar Salad
Recipe by:
Todd
One of the cooks I work with turned me on to this recipe. It is easy to put together. It has fresh fruit and bite size candy bar pieces. A summer time treat. Buy more candy bars than you need. Your kids will help you with the leftovers.

This chocolate syrup recipe is made with raw organic agave nectar and unprocessed cocoa, which is great for diabetics and health conscious consumers wanting to avoid sugar, corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners. This syrup is great on ice cream, in coffee, and any recipe that calls for chocolate syrup!

Extremely Bitter Chocolate Dip
Recipe by:
Jai Fuller
A dark chocolate dip. I always use a bar that has a minimum of 50% cocoa solids as this has a good strong bitterness. I have tried making it with white and milk chocolate but it didn't work, it didn't set.

Sugar Free Raspberry Pie

I have made this using different flavors of Jell-O(R) and yogurt. The lemon is real good if you add some zest and a little juice. Try orange flavor with some orange pieces mixed in or use your imagination to come up with different flavors. I always make my own graham cracker crust and sometimes have used half graham crackers and half Ritz(R) crackers. You can also use a short bread crust.
