This peanut butter is easy to make and you can control what you put into it (ie: all natural, no preservatives, etc)
An easy to make sandwich blending the flavors of tuna, avocado and chipotle peppers that results in a tasty, lower-fat alternative to the standard tuna salad sandwich. Easily makes six sandwiches. I prefer using "bolillos" (Mexican rolls) but toasted white or whole-wheat bread works well too. Serve with any kind of chips, tomato wedges, celery sticks etc.

Serves 2 as a main meal or 4 as a starter.
