Mushrooms and two types of cheese in a rich creamy sauce makes this melt in your mouth. Everyone loves this version and I haven't seen one like this anywhere.

This is another recipe I came up with by combining several recipes. I don't normally love squash but I can't get enough of this one. It has celery, onion and green pepper but it also has pimiento, almonds and cheese. There is nothing like it.

And the best part is you can top and stuff it any way you'd like! We make our own whole wheat pizza dough in the bread maker and our own low-sodium pizza sauce. We love this with peppers onions and low-sodium turkey bacon. It's actually a pizza that's pretty good for you--just remember, each piece is like eating two slices of pizza!
