Slow cooker goulash
This is one of the first things I made in my slow cooker. My mam gave me recipe, so I thought I'd give it a go. I put it all together before going out for the day, my mates ending up coming back home with me, and has soon as I opened the door the smell was amazing. It was ready to serve, everyone loved it--even my friend Nicola, who rarely tries any food that's out of her norm. Give it a go, it freezes well too.
