So, you're having a BBQ this weekend and want to cook something more interesting than burgers or hot dogs and more flavorful than chicken? This super easy BBQ'd pork tenderloin has island sweetness and a touch of heat; your friends are sure to crown you BBQ King.
Just like Dad's, the BBQ king of the NC Coast. Pork is slow roasted with vinegar and red pepper flakes.
1 slab of ribs per person may sound like a lot, but if you have leftovers, you will be really happy! Awesome!
Classic Canadian smoky, sweet, fall off the bone ribs! This is a keeper! and it is so easy to make!
This is an extremely easy recipe, yet it's elegant enough to serve to your spouse's boss! Uses the bone-in country ribs (pork). I prefer not to trim the fat but if you're fat conscious, it won't significantly change the flavor. Serve with long-grain white rice, using the honey mixture as gravy. Steamed broccoli or asparagus also goes quite well. You can also add chopped green pepper, pineapple, soy sauce, and a thinly sliced scallion garnish if you want an Oriental variation.
