Classic Canadian smoky, sweet, fall off the bone ribs! This is a keeper! and it is so easy to make!
This is an extremely easy recipe, yet it's elegant enough to serve to your spouse's boss! Uses the bone-in country ribs (pork). Steamed broccoli or asparagus also goes quite well. You can also add chopped green pepper, pineapple, soy sauce, and a thinly sliced scallion garnish if you want an Oriental variation.
I got this one from my brother-in-law and there's only two ingredients (besides the ribs, obviously). Almost toooo easy.
Rib lovers will delight in the simplicity and taste of these babies. Oven baked, then outdoor grilling is the secret.
