Chicken A La King Casserole
Recipe by:

My mom always served chicken a la king in patty shells. It was always a favorite of mine, but we grew up calling it "chicken slop". My wife refused to eat anything called "slop", so I found a way to turn it into a casserole!!

Chicken Parmesan Alfredo
Recipe by:
albertnoodles
I have never enjoyed Chicken Parmesan as it it served at restaurants with a Marinara Sauce, so I chose to adapt my own ideas to create a truly delicious entree. I serve the breasts with spaghetti and extra Alfredo sauce. I suggest cutting the chicken breasts, as most times one chicken breast is too large of a serving for one person.
Chicken Roll-ups
Recipe by:
David Wasson-Smith
This is a "paraphrase" of a recipe I saw on TV. I made it according to the original and then decided to add my own changes. I've found it was better with the changes. It is basically a stuffed chicken breast, but with a different twist. The original calls for just a thin slice of ham inside the chicken breast and for a pasta salad instead of rice.
