I nice twist on regular chili using both Great Northern and Kidney beans. Marinating and grilling the chicken makes a difference as to sauteing it. This could easily become a vegetarian dish by omitting the chicken of course and the chicken broth and adding more of your favorite veggies. As for the spices, i like to use way more. adjust them to your liking. Enjoy!
I've been making this soup for about 20 years and it's loved by all. It's pretty simple to make and is delicious.
Pile your plate high with a steaming serving of this hearty casserole. After that first bite, you won't mind giving up time to prepare this the night before (unless you missed a no-hitter or something).

The easiest chicken dish I have ever made. Great for winter with soup or salad. You can brush your crust for finish if you like, with milk or egg wash.
All sorts of good stuff mixed together to create a chicken salad that will definitely blow your mind! Serve on a bed of mixed greens, as an appetizer with crackers or pita slices, or load up a kaiser roll and top it of with a slice of Swiss cheese...regardless, it'll blow your mind!

My mom always served chicken a la king in patty shells. It was always a favorite of mine, but we grew up calling it "chicken slop". My wife refused to eat anything called "slop", so I found a way to turn it into a casserole!!

I have never enjoyed Chicken Parmesan as it it served at restaurants with a Marinara Sauce, so I chose to adapt my own ideas to create a truly delicious entree. I serve the breasts with spaghetti and extra Alfredo sauce. I suggest cutting the chicken breasts, as most times one chicken breast is too large of a serving for one person.
An elegant combination of flavors that will leave you smiling and full.
