I love fried chicken but I don't own a deep fryer, so this is great because if you have a taste for it then you can just put it in the oven & pretty much get the same effect. Very easy and yummy.
Suicide Cajun Chicken

This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for the person in your house who enjoy spicy food! Depending on the quality of the peppers this recipe can be VERY spicy! If you would like to add a bit of flavor feel free to add a splash (1 teaspoon) of your favorite barbeque sauce!! Serve and enjoy! Better yet, serve, neglect to tell guests about the overwhelming spice, and then laugh while they eat it!
Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breasts
Hot sauce and buttermilk soak into boneless chicken breasts to keep them nice and moist after they've been fried in peanut oil.
N.O.LA. Jambalya
Recipe by:

A wholesome, yet spicy Cajun rice dinner. Great for picnics and family get-togethers. Consider that the sausage, creole seasoning, low sodium broth, and canned tomatoes all contain sodium. so add any salt to taste. I use none. also, the Creole seasoning is to taste, i use Tony's(R). Finally, one teaspoon of cayenne makes this dish somewhat spicy, especially the next day. I usually add a little more. I love spicy food. Enjoy.

Rob's Juicilicious Chicken Breasts
I love chicken. But, when it comes to the boneless skinless breast, all I can think of is a tasteless piece of shoe leather! This is a no fail recipe that delivers juicy chicken breasts every time. I take mine topped with bacon and cheese when the wife's not around. Pardon the sloppy grills marks...I was hungry!
