I nice twist on regular chili using both Great Northern and Kidney beans. Marinating and grilling the chicken makes a difference as to sauteing it. This could easily become a vegetarian dish by omitting the chicken of course and the chicken broth and adding more of your favorite veggies. As for the spices, i like to use way more. adjust them to your liking. Enjoy!
This is a great way to marinate chicken for grilling either in the oven or out of doors. I recommend you use a high-quality beer, as this is a key flavor component in the recipe. If you don't want to cook with alcohol, substitute an alcohol-free beer, or a good quality apple juice or cider.
A mixture of chicken, artichokes and prosciutto, served over pasta, easy-to-make one-skillet dinner that is sure to impress your family and friends.
A family meal requested and approved by a discriminating 4 year old. . . and the rest of the family
Penne and a creamy cheese sauce will help convince even the pickiest of kids that veggies are great!
The easiest chicken dish I have ever made. Great for winter with soup or salad. You can brush your crust for finish if you like, with milk or egg wash.
A spicy white bean chili, totally awesome.
Originally an experimental dish that's become one of our family favorites. Quick, simple, moist, and incredible flavor make this a nice addition to your chicken meals. The aroma while cooking will have you drooling.
All sorts of good stuff mixed together to create a chicken salad that will definitely blow your mind! Serve on a bed of mixed greens, as an appetizer with crackers or pita slices, or load up a kaiser roll and top it of with a slice of Swiss cheese...regardless, it'll blow your mind!
Great meal for bodybuilders, bulking or cutting. Combines complex carbohydrates with a lean protein source fro an excellent and delicious meal.
The best jambalaya in the south.
I created this recipe for a chili competition at work. It was just for fun at first, but at the end of the night I had a grand prize medal hanging around my neck! Enjoy.
Quick and easy breaded chicken.
A combination of chicken, cereal, lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese and an Italian buffalo sauce.
This soup is very popular in Northern Thailand and the recipe varies slightly depending on who's making it. Typical of Thai cooking! Steps 1 through 4 can be done well in advance. The soup will become tastier the longer it sits. Just reheat it and go to step 5. Serve with lots of Singha beer!
I like this on pasta, but I bet it would be good served over rice as well.
My mom always served chicken a la king in patty shells. It was always a favorite of mine, but we grew up calling it "chicken slop". My wife refused to eat anything called "slop", so I found a way to turn it into a casserole!!
Great homemade Hotpocket(R)-type dish. Everybody loves these when I make them and the kids beg for more. (See our "How to roll up a wrap" article.)
Great on a cold night. Easy to make. My family's favorite.
Bean and chicken burrito, some cheese, and some salsa.
